Terms of Use
1. General
Ayben (“App”) is a personal organization tool that allows users to organize IBAN information on their device. Ayben is not a banking app. It does not transfer money, connect to bank accounts, or provide financial advice or payment services. By downloading and using the App, the user is deemed to have accepted these terms.
The App does not guarantee the accuracy or validity of IBANs. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the IBAN information they enter.
2. Account and License
- The App offers two usage levels: a free version (up to 5 IBAN records) and Pro (unlimited records).
- The Pro license is offered through Apple StoreKit as a one-time purchase (non-consumable): com.ayben.app.pro.lifetime.
- Purchases are managed by Apple. Refund policies are subject to Apple’s applicable rules.
- The Pro license is linked to the user’s App Store account and can be restored.
3. Usage Restrictions
The user agrees:
- To use the App only for lawful purposes,
- Not to reverse-engineer the App or extract its source code,
- Not to interfere with the integrity of the App.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App are reserved. Bank color palettes used in the App are for general reference; official bank logos are not used.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
The App is provided “as is”. The provider is not liable for damages arising from loss of IBAN records, incorrectly entered IBANs, OCR reading errors or third-party service interruptions.
Ads displayed within the App are provided by third parties. The provider is not responsible for ad content.
6. Effective Date and Changes
These terms are effective as of 21 July 2026 and may be updated. The current text and last updated date are published on this page.
